  This "Dr." Is TERRIBLE. Her incompetence nearly cost me my LIFE. She is extremely negligent and uncaring. I do NOT recommend her for ANY type of care. Steer clear. You have been warned.

  Dr Roganovic has been my primary care for several years and through several changes of jobs/insurance. Her office has always been very good about getting me scheduled in a timely manner. I broke my leg and they scheduled me same day I called! Dr Rogonovic approved my short term disability very quickly and even personally called me at home. She has sent me to specialists as needed/appropriate and her office has been discreet, professional and accommodating with followup (going outside procedure to fax forms for me since I can't get around etc. That is great customer service!). I have seen some of the negative reviews and understand how illness can be frustrating, but doctors are not gods and also have to follow certain rules of the system - just like we do. I have to say that I feel some reviews are very harsh and sound entitled. Doctors are people too and Dr. Roganovic has provided the best care I have had from a doctor, ever. The Mercy system may be slow...My ortho appt could not be scheduled until two months out initially.... but UC Davis would not schedule me AT ALL even after I was in their ER because they are at capacity. I called Mercy referrals back and was able to speak to someone in scheduling who realized it was an urgent matter and was able to get me scheduled in the time frame I needed. Sometimes You have to get involved in Your Own Care and not expect to be serviced like you are a king. Its challenging to get care anywhere in this area due to shortages and I feel lucky to have Dr. Roganovic. Like any other relationship, do your part and I think you will find her to be a great doctor who is very thorough in seeing to your care.

  My experience with Dr. Roganovic has been extremely frustrating, disappointing and stressful to say the least. She changed my prescription dosage and forgot about it. So when I needed to refill my medicine she ordered the wrong dosage and then I had call them for 5 days convincing them that she made a mistake and to correct it. Very unprofessional and I would never recommend her.
