  UPDATE I have had to downgrade my review to one star. I have never had an issue like this with any doctor. He did try to call me this morning (09/18/2017), but unfortunately I missed the call. When I first saw him I would have gladly given him five stars because he put on a good show about actually caring about the health of his patients. Shame on me! He still has never answered a question I sent him in writing on 09/06/2017. At this point I can barely work because of these issues. Yesterday I ended up falling twice and when I stood up I was very dizzy and my vision went black and white. At this point any injuries I sustain due to this are on him. I never did get the documentation I requested more than once from his office, and April told me I would have to order it from the records department. This situation would have never escalated to this point had this office given me the documentation I requested, Dr. Cheung had answered the question I asked on the 6th, had he been more proactive, etc. The Patient Advocate had to end up putting in a request for the documentation I need. Why should the Patient Advocate have to do this when his office could have easily given me this paperwork. If you go to this office demand copies of EVERYTHING. I would also put everything in writing. Shame on you, Dr. Cheung! ORIGINAL REVIEW You are only as good as your worst employee and that is definitely the case here. I give this office a solid 2.5 stars. Dr. Cheung himself is a 3.5. "A" in his office is a 1. I'm not sure if she is just apathetic, burned out, or what the issue is... Dr. Cheung would score higher, but unfortunately he will never contact you and has "A" do it. He is a very nice person, but his staff makes him look bad. I ended up having to fire him because of her. If she didn't work there I would definitely recommend Dr. Cheung. I would still go there if it wasn't for her. She is by far the worst medical office staff member I have ever dealt with and that is saying a lot! It is with a very heavy heart that I am even having to give his office bad reviews. He is very nice, knowledgeable and intelligent. Unfortunately I am having to warn the people about this office due to the fact that I ended up in the ER due to their office. I have sent numerous faxes and messages, but not once did I hear from Dr. Cheung himself. If he would have responded to me personally just one time it would have gone a long way towards good will, but unfortunately he doesn't seem to want to have anything to do with patients unless they are right in front of him. Also, "A" outright lied (probably trying to cover her rear). Earlier this week she told me I was being sent for blood work for one thing. Then today she backpedaled and said it wasn't just for that one thing but numerous things. This isn't the only issue I have had with her, but this review is long enough as it is. Her behavior makes her look sketchy and it doesn't reflect well on Dr. Cheung. How am I supposed to trust him when his staff isn't trustworthy?
