- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Took my puppy (7 years old :) ) here today. I didn't even get one foot in the door before she put the breaks on.... but thankfully the staff was great! They were very patient with us. It took the ladies about 15 min to get my dog in the door! But they were so wonderful. They encouraged her with treats and toys and even got down on the floor with her to hug and love on her and make her feel more comfortable. The doctor was good too. Only thing I didn't like was when they write up my estimate they added many charges for things that weren't necessary at this time. But she asked me about each one and just crossed them off as I declined so it wasn't a big deal.
